Allegiant adds another non-stop flight to Myrtle Beach

Allegiant has added another seasonal non-stop flight to Myrtle Beach International Airport.

The company known for its travel deals has added flights from Newburgh (Stewart), New York to Myrtle Beach twice a week from June 16 through Aug. 28.

The new route brings the total number of flights to Myrtle Beach SC by the airline to 15.

“Having an additional nonstop flight on Allegiant to the Myrtle Beach area ensures that more prospective visitors have quick and easy access to begin summer vacation on our 60 miles of beautiful beaches,” said Brad Dean, president and CEO of the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce. “Allegiant’s investment in bringing new flights to the Myrtle Beach area reflects their commitment to our community. Our visitors, businesses and residents will continue to benefit from a variety of affordable air service options to and from the Myrtle Beach International Airport on Allegiant.”
