‘Moveable Feast’ author luncheons across Strand booked into autumn

The “Moveable Feast” literary luncheon series is booked to coast well into autumn, 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Fridays at a rotation of restaurants, each with a book signing at 2 p.m. that day at Litchfield Books, in The Fresh Market Commons, 11421 Ocean Highway (U.S. 17), Pawleys Island – for anyone unable to attend the lunch.

Each luncheon is $30 with a $5 rebate when the guest author’s book is purchased on site. Make reservations at 843-235-9600 or classatpawleys.com.

Although the Aug. 11 feast with Kathy Reichs, author of “Two Nights,” is full, here is the rest of the schedule:

— Sept. 1 – Nicole Seitz (“The Cage-maker”) at Kimbels.

— Sept. 8 – Sean Keefer (“The Solicitor”) at Sea View Inn, in Pawleys Island.

— Sept. 15 – Jim Fergus (“The Vengeance of Mothers”) at 21 Main, in North Myrtle Beach

— Sept. 22 – Dana Ridenour (“Beyond the Cabin”) at Austin’s Ocean One, in Litchfield Beach.

— Sept. 29 – Johnathan Scott Barrett (“Cook & Tell: Recipes and Stories from Southern Kitchens”) at Inlet Affairs, in Murrells Inlet.

— Oct. 6 – Diane Chamberlain (“The Stolen Marriage”) at Pawleys Plantation.

— Oct. 13 – L. Kerr Dunn and Robin Salmon (“Dreaming with Animals”) at Litchfield Country Club, in Litchfield Beach.

— Oct. 20 – Daren Wang (“The Hidden Light of Northern Fires”) at Kimbels.
