As we officially turn the page to spring this week, we look forward to everything the season has to bring including more beach days, more visitors and more things to do in Myrtle Beach.
As the buds begin to sprout and flowers begin to bloom, there are plenty of great events going on around the Grand Strand, including some specifically dedicated to the natural beauty of spring such as Brookgreen Gardens’ Diggin’ It Garden Festival.
This week also brings one of the largest events of the year for gearheads and car enthusiasts, the annual Run to the Sun Car & Truck Show, which will roll into town just in time to take advantage of the warmer temperatures coming this weekend.
And while many will be out and about enjoying the weather and all the activities in Myrtle Beach, there are plenty of other who will be holed up this weekend watching basketball at the NCAA tournament kicks off. (If this is you, make sure to check out our list of the best sports bars in town).
Here’s a look at some of the week’s top tourist-friendly events from our Calendar page.
