The Myrtle Beach Pelicans are looking to become the first Carolina League team to win three Mills Cup Championships in a row, and single-game playoff tickets for what could be a memorable run go on sale at 10 a.m. on Thursday, August 17.
Tickets will be available on both www.MyrtleBeachPelicans.com and at the clubs Box Office at (843) 918-6000.
Myrtle Beach will be on the road on September 6 and 7 at the second half division winner for Games 1 and 2 of the best-of-five Southern Division Championship Series. Game 3 will be played at TicketReturn.Com Field at Pelicans Ballpark on September 8. If necessary, the Pelicans would also host Game 4 and 5 on September 9 and 10, respectively. All Pelicans postseason home games, presented by Tidelands Health and Mellow Mushroom, will begin at 6:05 p.m., with gates opening at 5 p.m. at TicketReturn.Com Field at Pelicans Ballpark.
Should the Birds advance to their fourth straight Mills Cup Championship Series, the first two contests would be played at the Northern Division champion. Myrtle Beach would host Game 3 on September 14. If necessary, Games 4 and 5 would be played TicketReturn.Com Field at Pelicans Ballpark on September 15 and 16, respectively.
Fans have the opportunity to catch all six potential playoff games in Myrtle Beach with the Pelicans 2017 playoff package. For just $25, fans receive a ticket to all postseason home games and a picnic buffet on Friday, September 8 during Game 3 of the Southern Division Championship Series.
