Panda Express has announced the launch day of a new location in North Myrtle Beach on December 8 at 11 a.m. To commemorate Panda Express joining the local community, the restaurant will contribute a part of launch day profits to Ocean Drive Elementary School.
On a mission to become rooted in the communities that it serves, family-owned Panda Express strives to spread its long-standing values to its guests. Prior to launch day festivities, the restaurant passed out chorks, menus, fortune cookies and coupons to guests at North Myrtle Beach Christmas Parade, a Christmas event that took place on Saturday, December 2.

In order to positively impact the neighborhood, Panda Express will donate 20 percent of its December 8 proceeds to Ocean Drive Elementary School. The restaurant will also continue its philanthropic efforts by carrying on in the search for additional charitable partners to offer 20 percent of a day’s profits to in the future.
With the opening of this new location, Panda Express will provide work to around 20 Myrtle Beach residents, offering them the ability to grow professionally and individually through special programs and self-development courses. Panda Express Myrtle Beach is located at 1598 U.S. 17 N., North Myrtle Beach, and dine-in services will be offered Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. The drive-thru will serve guests Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. This location will offer an array of the restaurant’s American Chinese dishes including the world-famous Original Orange Chicken™, SweetFire Chicken Breast, award-winning Honey Walnut Shrimp™ and Shanghai Angus Steak.
